How does BitePass work?
With a BitePass membership you get deals like 2-for-1 at partner restaurants. Book the deal in the app, show the ticket at the restaurant and swipe it in front of the staff.
What does it cost?
The first 7 days are free. After that you choose the monthly or the annual plan. The current prices are shown above and in the app.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Memberships are managed by the App Store or Google Play – cancel there in your subscription settings. You keep access until the end of the period.
How often can I use a deal?
A booked ticket is valid until the end of the day. After you used it, the same deal is available again after the waiting time the restaurant set (7, 15 or 30 days). Other deals you can use right away.
Can I share my account?
No – a membership is personal and works on one phone at a time. Signing in on a new phone needs a code from your email and signs you out on the other one.
I own a restaurant. How do I join?
